What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you send, plus your IP address and browser type (user-agent) for spam prevention. We also record your IP address with a counter to limit repeated messages. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your email contains.
The site has no accounts, analytics or ads, and doesn't set cookies.
Where it goes
The contact form sends your message to the server behind stubsued.com, another site r.com, Inc runs. It's stored in that site's database and emailed to us through our email provider, Resend, so we can reply. Our sites are hosted on Render and served through Cloudflare, which process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect them.
How we use information
We use your message and email address only to reply to you, and your IP address and browser type only to prevent spam and abuse. We don't sell or rent the information you give us, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut or Virginia), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. To make a request, email contact@rdotcom.com from the email address you used to contact us; we'll verify the request by confirming it with that address. We'll respond within 45 days, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
How long we keep information
- Contact form messages: deleted from our database 24 months after you send them. The IP address and browser type stored with each message are deleted after 30 days. The copy emailed to us so we can reply is kept in our email account until we delete it.
- IP addresses used to limit repeated messages: deleted after 30 days.
- Emails you send to contact@rdotcom.com: kept in our email account until we delete them.
- Render and Cloudflare keep their own technical logs, which can include IP addresses, under their own retention policies.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
